The tower is inscribed in a symbolic matrix of other congenerous constructions that along history have sedimented the riverbank. An object that according to the architect “will progressively dematerialize, arising from the stones solidness, dressing itself with copper, to become complete in the lightness and transparency of glass”. It possesses nine floors above the piers corona, developing itself in height with an inclination of one for four. It occupies 36m above land and on the tip of the façade facing the river it advances 9m in relation to the base. In plan it has a rectangular configuration of 13m x 19m. The building has as its main function to house the new vessel traffic management system. ______________________________________________
